Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• The check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 09:00 AM.
• For arrivals prior to 07:00 AM, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
• Rooms will be held up to 18:00 Hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check-in is provided.
• For late check-out, a request may be made to the Hotel and is subject to availability.
• The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
• Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• GST applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in government levies & other taxes will be extra.
• Maximum two adults are only allowed in each room.
• Extra beds are allowed in Royal Rabsal Rooms only.
• Maximum of one extra roll away bed or one mattress would be permitted per room on extra charges.
• It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport at check-in.
• It is mandatory for any guest to carry a valid identity proof and produce at the time of check-in.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• Any cancellations made at least 30 days before the date of check-in can avail 100% refund (less payment gateway charges).
• Cancellations made between 30 days and 48 hours of check-in date will receive no refund, however, any amount deposited towards the reservation can be used within 3 months of check in date at Ashoka Ladakh.
• Cancellations that are made within 48 hours of check-in will attract a 50% retention (no-refund/no credit) and remaining 50% of deposited amount can be used within 3 months of check in date at Ashoka Ladakh.
• Please note that as per Income Tax guidelines, any transaction of more than INR 25,000 in cash and INR 100,000 through Credit Card needs to be supported with valid Pan Card Number.

Note: All payments are to be made in favour of Hotel Ashoka Ladakh

Child Policy:

• In one given room only two children below 7 are complimentary without extra bed.
• One given room can accommodate one child below seven years old and one child above eight years old. The above eight years old child will be charged separately.
• For child below seven years meals will also be complimentary.
• For child above eight years meals will be full chargeable.
• Extra beds are allowed in Royal Rabsal Rooms only.
